Everything was clean and very clean. Location short walk to beach and the city centre and downtown.

Staff were absolutely amazing, wi-fi was great, and I loved its marvellous location just off the city centre, the beaches and a massive supermarket. Terrific service throughout my stay.

Historic location, marvellous breakfast, excellent service and the staff was very efficient. I had a compact room, greatly enjoyed the super bed. There was an outstanding restaurant, supermarkets and grocery shop next door. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby.

I appreciated service and staff. Very comfy beds, a minibar, climate control and a seating area were a nice touch. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The staff was lovely, the room was beautifully designed, everything was excellent. We loved breakfast so much, it was AMAZING. Hotel was fairly clean. There were stores and a supermarket around the venue. Brand-new hotel, had a really great service.

It made my trip to Tulum a really really nice experience. Location was unbeatable, I liked absolutely stunning rooms and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable:)))

our deluxe suite had a mini-bar, an individual safe and a sitting area. not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. would stay there again, strongly recommend it to others.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was fine base for exploring Tulum, really loved it. Room cost is MXN 6124.
